The soothing atmosphere of the Tsurishinobu hung from the eaves of their houses became popular, and they eventually spread throughout the country.

Japanese Shinobu has different faces in each season, and the subtropical Shinobu (evergreen species) has green leaves that can be enjoyed all year round.
